Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program

Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) services provide rehabilitation and support for individuals to develop and enhance their community and independent living skills.  

Professional care and support services provide access to psychiatric clinic services as well as support with the management of mental health and substance abuse concerns, legal issues, and primary and specialty care coordination. 

Day program services include 

• Educational support groups in self-care, independent living skills, accessing community resources, and vocational support for those ready to explore employment options 
• Care coordination and case management
• Medication management
• Community outings
• Opportunities to be part of a community where every member has a role to play and opportunities for professional and volunteer positions to run daily operations within the day program center
• Direct access and assistance with transportation 

PRP referrals go to prp@pascalcsi.org and can be faxed in addition.  

On-Site Monday, Wednesday, & Friday 

Off-Site Tuesday & Thursday
