Pascal Crisis Stabilization Center

The Pascal Crisis Stabilization Center (PCSC) is a CARF-accredited 16-bed residential facility offering immediate, short-term behavioral health crisis services in a safe, structured setting, supporting the rapid de-escalation of mental health crises. We also provide 24 substance use disorder crisis stabilization beds. 

PCSC has a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health clinicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and other behavioral health professionals, referral assistance, and care coordination to assist in continuity of care and placement to an appropriate level of care. 

Walk in therapy available M-Th 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.

  • Demographics
  • Medical History
  • Mental Health History
  • Substance Use History (if applicable)
  • Medications
  • Legal History

• Important Information to Note Upon Acceptance:
  • All phones and electronics are locked up upon admission and returned at discharge. You will not be able to use these during your stay. 
  • Bring three full and appropriate outfits. If you do not have three, you will wear scrubs provided for you during your stay.
  • Limit belongings to one bag as there is limited storage
  • Ensure any hygiene products are all alcohol-free
  • Do not bring any knives, weapons, glass bottles, etc. - they will be collected and disposed of. 
  • While at PCSC you will take part in daily individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, and care coordination.
  • Drop off times are between 12pm-2pm and 6pm-8pm. The only items permitted for drop off are cigarettes and money up to $20. 
  • Patients can bring their own cigarettes. Vapes are prohibited and will be disposed of upon intake.
