Our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program is community based, intensive, outpatient service providing mobile, assertive mental health treatment and support. The Mobile Treatment Program serves adults in the community who have not successfully engaged in community-based behavioral health services.
It is our hope that through this program we can provide clients with intensive treatment so that they can return to traditional forms of behavioral health treatment in the community.
The multidisciplinary treatment teams consist of clinicians, prescribers, care coordinators, peer support specialists, and certified med technicians. Treatment teams meet clients in the community to provide and coordinate services.
