Effective Monday, October 19, 2020, we will begin Phase 1 of reopening the Odenton office!

What is Phase 1?

Phase 1 of Reopening is Medication Management Clinic ONLY.

Patients prescribed suboxone, zubsolv, subutex maintenance, benzodiazepines and/or amphetamines are expected to attend in person and produce a urine sample for the lab.

In-person medication appointments will be held at the Odenton office.

Please continue below for instructions upon arrival to your appointment.

Keeping Everyone Safe: Process for In Person Medication Management

  1. Upon arrival to the parking lot, patients must log into the UpNEXT portal to notify admin staff that they have arrived using the "Check In" link below.
  2. Once we receive the check in message, we will notify you via a portal text message when it is best for you to get out of your vehicle and come in for your scheduled appointment. You will not be able to enter the building any sooner than you are alerted to do so.

Please be advised that there may be longer wait times as we are taking appropriate COVID precautions to ensure all staff and patient safety during this pandemic.

If you are symptomatic of any illness, please be sure to notify staff upon arrival via the portal check in.

Please read the new COVID-19 safety protocol below in order to be prepared for your appointment.
