FEES

Forms of Payment Accepted:

Pascal Crisis Services, Inc. accepts cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) for payment of copays, deductible fees, and other relevant charges. Checks or money orders can be made out to Pascal Crisis Services, Inc. Copays must be paid at the beginning of session. We thank you in advance for your prompt payments.

Insurances Accepted:

  • Medicaid 
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield 
  • CareFirst
  • Tricare
  • United Health Care (With out of network benefits)
  • Aetna
  • Cigna


Effective 4/12/22: We do not accept patients on Medicare.

Important Note


Some services, such as groups or IOP, may not be covered by your insurance plan. If this is the case, you will be asked to pay the self-pay rate. Our administrative team will let you know if this applies to you. 

Self Pay Clients

For those clients who choose to self pay, sessions are billed at the following rates:

  • Initial Therapy Intake - $269.93
  • Follow Up Therapy - $144.14
  • Initial medication Management Intake - $174.01
  • Follow Up Medication Management - $133.26


Missed Appointment Fee:

We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours advance notice of missing an appointment. If you need to miss an appointment, please contact our front desk or your therapist directly and leave a voicemail for them. If such notice is not provided, the client will be charged a $25 missed appointment fee if using private insurance. Our therapists are paid per client session provided, so providing notice allows them to schedule other clients in that available time.

Costs depends on amount of records requested


COURT TESTIMONY FEE:  

$100 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.  The $200 minimum must be paid in advance.


*Please be advised, your session may not be covered by insurance if the insurance is out of network, or if you use an insurance provider that we do not accept
